Phone screening
In this first step you will get a phone call from one of our talented recruiters, in which you will get to know more about the open position, our culture, benefits and Resurs as a company. We will also get to know you and your experiences a bit better.
Manager interview
Here you will meet with the hiring manager. You will get detailed information about the team, their mission and the daily task for the role you are applying for. There will also be a deeper focus on your experiences and competences.
This interview usually takes place at the office, so that you will get to know the work environment as well.
Competency-based test
This step will look a bit different depending on the role.
It could, for example, be a case, a personality/logic test, or a technical interview. The purpose is to gain a deeper understanding of your actual competencies in relation to the role you have applied for.
Background check
Since we are a bank, there is a security aspect that we need to take into account when recruiting. Therefore, we conduct background checks on all candidates who reach the final stage in a recruitment process, regardless of the role.
Meet the team / Executive interview
This step also varies depending on the type of role. For some positions, a meeting with the team is the final step before an offer. For others, an executive interview is required before we can move forward. Regardless, this step is also an opportunity for you to gain a even deeper understanding of the role and what it’s like to work at Resurs.
Offer
At the final step, the hiring manager will offer you the job according to your agreed terms. The onboarding process starts as soon as the contract has been signed. Welcome to Resurs!
