Get an idea of the role
As a Key Account Manager, you will own and develop a portfolio of key merchants, driving profitable growth and building sustainable relationships. The role requires a strong commercial mindset, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to turn insights into tangible business outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing key accounts to ensure sustainable growth and profitability
Turning sales performance and market insights into concrete initiatives that unlock new revenue opportunities
Leading structured business reviews, using insights to support strategic decisions
Acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring our solutions create measurable value for merchants and end customers
On a personal level
You have a proven ability to build and manage strategic relationships with senior decision-makers. You thrive in complex sales environments where persistence, creativity, and stakeholder management make the difference. Collaborative and solution-oriented, you partner effectively with both internal teams and clients to turn opportunities into long-term success.
Key qualities and experience:
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within e-commerce/retail, management consulting, or other client-focused roles involving complex sales and relationship management
You have a proven track record of taking full ownership of complex sales processes, navigating multiple senior stakeholders and ensuring execution with precision.
With a strong commercial mindset, you think in terms of growth, value creation and results, always keeping the business impact in focus.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both Norwegian and English
