Resurs is looking for a Sales Performance Manager to lead Nordic Outbound Sales

As a Sales Performance Manager, you will lead a Swedish sales team while being part of a Nordic sales leadership group driving this journey forward. This is not a maintenance role. It is a performance leadership role in an environment where standards are being raised

As a Sales Performance Manager at Resurs, you are responsible for:
Leading and developing a team of outbound sales representatives
Driving performance across core KPIs including volume, hitrate, pricing, cross-sell and quality
Coaching behavioural excellence, not just numerical outcomes
Translating targets into clear daily expectations and structured follow-up
Building a culture where accountability and enthusiasm coexist
Contributing actively to the Nordic sales leadership team
