Early Collection Associate - Danish speaking

We are looking for Early Collection Associates to strengthen our early‑stage collection work and help our customers get back on track. You will handle our danish customers, so being fluent in danish both in speech and in writing is a requirement. You will play a key role in supporting our responsible lending practices, contributing to customer satisfaction, and reducing the flow of cases into late‑stage collection, while working closely with both internal stakeholders and external Debt Collection Agencies (DCAs).
Get an idea of the role
As an Early Collection Associate at Resurs, you will combine customer‑focused communication with structured administrative work across the entire early collection chain. You will manage both inbound and outbound customer contacts, handle complex cases, and collaborate closely with external partners to secure efficient and compliant recovery processes.
You will take ownership of your cases end‑to‑end, ensuring that each interaction is handled with clarity, professionalism, and respect for the customer situation, while always safeguarding the Bank’s interests and regulatory requirements.
You will also:
Manage inbound customer communication across all existing channels, providing efficient, compliant, and customer‑centric responses to inquiries.
Conduct outbound phone communication to remind customers of payments and establish high‑quality payment agreements, driving strong promise‑to‑pay outcomes and customer loyalty.
Handle administrative processes throughout the early collection lifecycle, including debt restructuring, deceased estates, bankruptcies, disputes, pre‑legal cases, and other relevant matters.
Collaborate closely with external Debt Collection Agencies by providing day‑to‑day support, documentation, responses to customer‑related inquiries, and negotiating mandates for externally managed claims.
We have two open positions; one is a permanent employment, and the other is a temporary position for 6 month.

We also believe that you:
Have completed a high school education.
Have 2–5 years of professional experience, regardless of field.
Are fluent in both spoken and written Danish - this is a mandatory requirement for the role.
