We are looking for a service-minded and technically oriented professional to join our Merchant Integration team who supports merchants and partners throughout their integration journey.
In this role, you will be a key point of contact for integrators during onboarding, helping them succeed by providing guidance, troubleshooting, and clear communication.
Get an idea of the role
You will work closely with merchants and external integrators during their development and onboarding phase. Your main focus will be to lead onboarding projects from start to finnish, ensuring a smooth and predictable path from development to production.
You will act as a bridge between external partners and internal technical teams, helping explain requirements, clarify integration flows, and ensure progress across multiple ongoing integrations.
Key responsibilities
Act as a primary contact for merchants and integrators during the integration and onboarding phase.
Actively support integrators during development by explaining requirements, clarifying technical questions, and helping them understand our integration flows, APIs and plugins.
Troubleshoot integration-related issues and collaborating with internal teams to identify the cause of errors or unexpected behavior.
Drive ongoing merchant integrations forward and ensure steady progress throughout the onboarding process.
Ensure that acceptance criteria are met before merchants move forward to production.
Maintain the onboarding pipeline by keeping integration status up to date and following up post go‑live.
Who you are
You enjoy working in a support-oriented role with a strong technical touch.
You are comfortable communicating with developers, merchants, and non-technical stakeholders.
You have a good understanding of system integrations, APIs, and technical flows.
You are patient and pedagogical, combining solid project management skills with a clear and structured approach to explaining complex topics.
