Get an idea of the role
As a Procurement Lead within Vendor Management at Resurs you will take the lead in developing and supporting the Bank’s vendor management activities, mainly within IT services. You will focus on improving our regulatory compliance, including third-party risk assessments, as well as coordinating communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders throughout the vendor lifecycle.
The role ensures that supplier evaluations, risk analyses and commercial arrangements meet internal requirements and regulations. We often work at a high pace, with many ongoing tasks and projects, as we constantly need to develop the way we work within Procurement to align with new strategies, projects, regulatory requirements, and organizational changes.
We are a small team working closely together, and you will take the lead regarding:
Vendor Management
Regulatory reporting and registers
Agreement database
Monitoring prioritized suppliers financial status
On a personal level
We are looking for someone who works independently and in a structured manner, while maintaining a strong drive and focus on achieving goals. You are analytical and able to see both details and the bigger picture, communicative and attentive in your dialogue with others, and you thrive in a service-oriented role where collaboration and teamwork are key to success.
We also believe that you:
Have hands-on experience working with IT suppliers and IT-related services.
Have 5+ years of relevant experience, for example within Vendor management, IT operations, SaaS services, and IT Security.
Have a degree within Procurement, Vendor management, Economics or Technology.
Can read and understand Swedish agreements.
