In this role, you will be the driving force behind strengthening our information security foundation — ensuring that people, processes, and technology work together to protect our information assets and support regulatory compliance. You will collaborate across teams to turn strategy into daily practice and promote a proactive security mindset.

Working closely with teams across IT, Risk & Compliance, and Operations, you will help embed security into daily business activities, drive continuous improvement, and foster awareness and engagement around information security throughout the company.

We are creating a new team of Information Security Officers, and each team member will focus on one of the following areas:

Business Continuity & Cyber Resilience
Information Security Management System
Third-Party Risk Management
Awareness & Training

With that said, to reduce vulnerability within the team, we expect all ISOs to have a broad understanding and hands-on experience across all areas.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Lead and develop assigned focus areas within the ISMS, as delegated by the CSO
• Create and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures that protect our information assets
• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of security controls across business and IT functions
• Conduct risk assessments and follow up on identified gaps and improvement actions
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning and exercises
• Provide regular security reports and insights on risks, trends, and improvements to the CSO and management
