The summer job position as a Corporate Credit Agent at Resurs Bank is ideal for someone with a business-oriented mindset who enjoys working with B2B client solutions and administrative tasks. It is a fantastic chance to get valuable work experience within credit, finance and banking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing corporate clients' accounts receivables
- Performing minor financial analyses and understanding transaction flows
- Preventing invoice delays for clients
- Providing customer support via phone and email
- Guiding clients toward optimal financial solutions

We believe you have:

- Experience in customer service, call centers, sales, or finance
- Fluency in Swedish & English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills

On a personal level

You have good communication- and interaction skills, eager to learn new things. If you have experience from customer service, working in call center, selling or finance sector it is an advantage. You have the ability to work under pressure and switch tasks efficiently and you see yourself as a team player as well as able to work independent when needed.
