Get an idea of the role

As a Sales Associate your primary task is to help our existing Norwegian customers – even though you are situated in our Helsingborg office in Sweden - to find the best financing solutions and proactively offer them new solutions and products, such as consumer loans. You are part of the Commercial Unit and represent Resurs Bank to our customers. You play an important role in increasing B2C sales in Norway by phone and email. As a Sales Associate you will be part of a team with continuous growth in mind, and you will report to the Sales Lead.

On a personal level

We are looking for a persuasive salesperson, a self motivator who always strives to learn and develop to perform better every day together with your team. You are used to working towards clear targets, both short term and long term - and you are always eager to reach them! Your positive attitude shows in your communication with both customers and colleagues. You improve the efficiency of your sales team by sharing and adopting best practices, and will learn several aspects of basic banking.

You have a clear, confident and friendly way to meet customers, both on the phone and in writing. On top of that, you have a creative and flexible mindset, always keeping the quality of the customer experience top of mind.

This role requires:

• Good knowledge in English and Swedish. Merituous with Norwegian language skills.
• Basic insight in lending & banking
• Proposal and negotiation skills
• An outgoing personality
• An independent and responsible working style

Competence and education requirements:

• Education requirements: Min. secondary education
• Specific focus: Finance, Banking, Lending, Sales, Contact Center
• Merituous with previous working experience within the banking industry

Important to know is that clean credit records are required.
