Learning and Development Specialist

For a completely new role at Resurs, we are now seeking a skilled, creative, and modern Learning & Development Specialist with experience in competence mapping and change management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new education methods for our employees using a modern LMS platform. We want you to promote different ways of learning using modern tools and systems.
You will be an important player when it comes to our ongoing transformation journey where you will be responsible for both the strategic and operational work when it comes to our learning and development agenda, which means identify employee skills gaps and help the organization designing training programs to address those gaps. The role will also be responsible for our annual and mandatory trainings.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management and People and Culture to identify the company's learning needs.
- Design and develop customized training programs to address identified learning needs using modern education methods.
- Utilize AI and implement new LMS platform to create an interactive learning experience.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in learning and development.
- Provide guidance and support to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with external vendors to source relevant training materials.
- Maintain records of employee training and development activities.
Wish list (and as you know, you don’t get everything you wish for – neither do we):
- Bachelor's degree in people and culture, education, working life pedagogy or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development.
- Experience in designing and developing modern education methods using AI and LMS platforms.
- Experience in conducting competence mapping and designing training programs to address skills gaps.
- Presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong Project and Change management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, both in Swedish and English, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Tech skills and proficiency in learning management systems.
