The scope

In this role, you will be part of Resurs IT organization, but you will also work with people representing other parts of the bank and closely with several partners for our Datacenter services. This will give you the opportunity to work in a truly entrepreneurial company with the objective to transform us into a fintech company.

The main objective of the role is to ensure that we are future-proof and fit for purpose when it comes to our data centers. It is important to have a product mindset and address the lifecycle management, regulations, and compliance on the Enterprise Platform.

The focus of the role will be:

• Own and develop our Datacenter services.
• Own and support our Telephony Service
• Continuous Service Improvements.
• Infrastructure Governance.
• Overall Governance including audits and timely escalations for smooth operations.
• Security Adherence
• Regulatory & Compliance adherence

About you

As a person, you are flexible and independent with a desire to collaborate.
You are driven and like to share your knowledge and experience with your colleagues, and you have an interest in always improving routines and ways of working.

• To succeed in this role, we see that also you have:
• An Academic and practical approach to handling challenges
• A proven track record in working with external IT providers
• Knowledge and tangible experience of ITIL framework
• Migration, transition, and transformation experience
• Experience in handling complex issues, developing solutions to remove barriers, and using judgment to make sound and dependable decisions
• Strong emphasis on leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in Agile and DevSecOps methodologies is meritorious 
  
  Resurs Bank is an online bank with offices across the Nordics. Most of the IT organization is located in our offices in Helsingborg and Malmö. Working remotely is normal for us but it is advantageous if you are reasonably close to a Resurs office as you sometimes might need to be on-site physically. You will travel to other offices but in a sustainable way of course.

If you are not a Nordic citizen, a valid work permit to work in one of our Nordic countries is a must.
