Get an idea of the role
The focus of the Customer Service Agent role in our frontline Beta team is to act as the first point of contact for our retail finance customers who call us. In addition to high-quality customer service, the job also includes sales work. In this job you will develop into a versatile expert in our financial products and at the same time you will also develop your own interaction skills! You will work 37,5 hours a week on weekdays from 7.45 to 20.00 and on weekends from 8.45 to 18.00, mainly from Monday to Friday from 7.45 to 18.00
In this role you will
- Help our customers mostly by phone but also by mail and chat
- Handle credit applications
- Sell our products to in calling customers
On a personal level
- You have good communication- and interaction skills
- You are fluent in Finnish and English. Swedish is considered as advantage
- You are meticulous, tolerant to pressure and eager to learn new things
- You have experience from customer service, working in call center, selling or finance sector
