Our team is growing, and we are now searching for a new star who can take lead and drive our mission towards superior loyalty and customer engagement.
The Customer Advisory Team consists of 6 skilled and committed employees who operate at the intersection of sales and service. The bank offers a wide range of products such as consumer loans, mortgages, savings, insurance and refinancing. The teams goal is to identify the perfect product solution for each customer, and ensure their sustainable and long-term relationships with the bank.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Developing, coaching and leading the team
- Ensuring that quality- and sales goals are reached
- Establishing structured and efficient work processes and routines
- Participating in development projects related to customer loyalty and sales
- Further developing the customer dialogue with focus on solution orientation, people competence and structure – in close cooperation with other departments
- Follow up, analyze and report on KPI`s and sales performance

We are looking for a leader with true passion for building high-performing teams and great customer experiences. You possess a strong personal drive but most of all thrive on bringing out the best in other people. You always lead by example, and enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced and modern way of working.
You have good collaboration skills and ability to act as the company’s representative towards stakeholders across the Nordic organization.
In addition we believe you:
- have management experience
- hold relevant degree at minimum Bachelor level (management, sales, finance, marketing) or equivalent working experience
- can show a solid track record from sales and/or service
- are genuinely interested in the personal finance field
- have experience from phone based customer interaction
- have a good sense of structure and ability to organize the teams work processes
- are a skilled motivator, with direct and clear communication style
- possess strong communication skills in Norwegian and English
Experience from credit/risk assessments and/or financial services is beneficial but not a requirement to be considered for the role.
