Get an idea of the role 

If you join us as a Compliance Officer at Resurs, you will join a Nordic organization characterized by fast pace, change and brave decisions. 

An important part of the role's duties is regulatory monitoring as well as review and analysis of the bank's compliance when it comes to with external and internal regulations. In this role, you support the work in our Nordic countries with various activities and interpretation of regulations. 

You also balance the complexity of the role with the position of the function in the second line. This means that you can work with internal review but at the same time maintain good cooperation skills. 

The compliance function currently consists of you and two additional Compliance Officers and the Head of Compliance, to whom you will also report.

You probably thrive in a role where you get to take on a lot of responsibility and where you drive your innovative work forward. You will be important in the work of moving the Compliance function to a more digital way of working, where experience of working with GRC-systems is a big advantage.

We are looking for you who 

• Have at least 5 years of experience in similar work within financial operations with a degree as Jur Kand (Master of Law). 
• We believe that today you work at a payment institution, in a bank, at an agency or similar. Maybe you work as an internal auditor and want to get closer to the business. 
• You can write and speak fluently Swedish and English. 
• For us, you are particularly interesting if you have experience from work connected to fintech, e-commerce, payment services, IT- and information security or have experience from work with ServiceNow.
